Even though the possibility of reaching the SEC title game was out of reach, the Bulldogs still had a chance at upending in-state rival Georgia Tech. A touchdown with 18 seconds left in regulation gave Georgia the lead, but an improbable Yellow Jackets field goal forced overtime.
